Graduate Engineering Trainee – IT

We are looking for motivated IT graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainees. Selected candidates will undergo structured training and will be deployed to Infrastructure, Service Desk, or SAP support teams based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in technical and functional training programs.
• Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting.
• Assist teams in Infrastructure, Service Desk, or SAP operations.
• Monitor systems, handle user queries, and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain documentation and follow standard operating procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline.
• Official academic transcript is mandatory.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts (if required).

Training & Deployment:

• Candidates will undergo initial training.
• Post-training, allocation will be based on:
• Infrastructure
• Service Desk
• SAP Support
