Our story began in 1996 as an enthusiastic startup. Through sheer commitment, hard work and innovation we soon grew to be a significant player in the sector. By 2009, our phenomenal growth, capacity and solutions attracted the attention of the global giant London Stock Exchange Group, UK (LSEG), which subsequently acquired a controlling interest. This was a turning point for MillenniumIT ESP as it gave us global reach and a firm footing in international markets.

We continued to build on our successes and in 2017, Millennium IT ESP was acquired by Ambeon Holdings PLC in terms of both management and shareholding. Since then, we have evolved even further to create an agile organization that is able to seamlessly partner with our clients to provide technology solutions that are organic and tailormade for each client.

During our journey, we have built solid partnerships with global giants such as Oracle, Cisco, Microsoft, IBM, DELL, Hitachi, Infosys, and many others. We have also strived to develop and maintain world-class standards of operational excellence and integrity, earning us many accolades over the years.

Today, we proudly carry a legacy of over 30 years as the oldest IT company in Sri Lanka, having achieved many notable firsts in the country and navigating the ever-changing global business landscape.
